I can truly say that Shane and Brendan have been outstanding. The car is a blast to drive (Lyriq) and while I wish it wasn't in the shop as much....I am very happy with Jim Coleman. In all honesty, I have had some issues with the service department...BUT when things have gone wrong or service has not been up to par - they have always gone out of their way to fix it.

After an exhaustive search, visiting multiple Cadillac dealers in the area, I discovered Jim Coleman Cadillac. Great experience considering I was in Florida and they were in Maryland. Adam was great, easy process. I would have given a four star but the Vehicle was covered in road salt and mud. You would think a $200k vehicle would have been detailed. And it was in a covered transport. But minor issue, overall it was pleasant experience. But let me add, this was not a desk killer. Adam was a total professional and the process was smooth. His customer service is top rated.

I was completely comfortable with the atmosphere without being pressured to buy. The sales manager gave me a hat which I requested for.

Always greeted upon entry. Really like the service staff, especially Jesse. The waiting area is nice and restrooms very clean. There may be other GM dealers nearby, prefer to drive to Bethesda.

Then, on Christmas, December 26, 2025, my 2026 Cadillac Vistiq Sport was delivered directly to my home.
