We are looking for 3 additional professional salespeople to assist our growing internet and telephone demand for new and pre-owned Cadillacs.
We are looking for professional automotive salespeople, preferably with a background in the service industry. At the core of our business philosophy is the goal of delivering a five-star sales process in which our guests are taken care of every step of the way. We have found that people with retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service backgrounds are most willing to deliver to our high standards.
We are the biggest Cadillac dealer in the state of Maryland and one of the top 50 dealers in the country. We deliver more new Cadillac’s by specializing in a customer service oriented sales approach. We’ve established a reputation of honesty, integrity, and outstanding customer service before and after the sale.

Our salespeople work between 40 and 50 hours per week. Saturdays, some Sundays, and some evenings are required; days off are during the week.
