The best I’ve experienced, the attendants that take your vehicle when you pull in (Romeo) the extremely professional service writer (Steven), the technician (Konan), the car loaner department attendant (Fernando) and the service manager (Shane) all treated my wife and I with courtesy and professionalism. My 3 year old Escalade having to have the motor replaced was a disaster for us but the people in the service department at Jim Coleman Cadillac made it easier. The service writer Steven called me regularly with updates good and bad without me having to call and ask, Konan the technician went out of his way to answer questions and explain what was going on with the vehicle, Shane the service manager’s door was always open for me to step in and ask questions or make requests. Bought a Cadillac from Nana and had motor issues. He and the whole team went above and beyond getting us a loaner in the interim of the issue. Excellent service

My regular Cadillac dealer told me it would be three days before I could come in and get a tire rotation and oil change. My sister had purchased her car from Coleman so I thought I would give them a try even though they are further away from my house. I called Coleman and was told I could come in right away. The work was completed in about 45 minutes. Well I said in the waiting room I was able to enjoy a cappuccino from the machine. Coleman Cadillac will be my regular dealer from now on.

After several test drives, he went out of his way to find a rare used 2025 Toyota bZ4X with only 4,500 miles, even staying late to make it happen. Paul and Shane at Jim Coleman deserve all 5 stars and more. We had an incredibly frustrating occasional clicking sound when reversing our EV. We brought the car in a couple times but the sound never happened at the shop. Shane, the service manager, was patient and professional the whole time. When we told him it happened most often in our driveway, Paul, one of their EV specialists, offered to stop by my house to hear it himself. That kind of service is unheard of. Paul ended up coming out twice. The first visit the clicking did not happen, but he did not close the case. He thought warmer weather might be triggering it since it happened more on hot days. He came back again, heard the clicking, took the vehicle in, made an adjustment, and the problem is now completely gone. We tried different heights, different speeds, different driving habits. Nothing worked until Paul figured it out. Most dealerships would have given up after not hearing the sound, but Paul and Shane stuck with it and treated it like their own car. Thanks to them we finally get to enjoy our car without that annoying click. This is the standard of service that keeps customers loyal to Jim Coleman. If you need someone who listens and truly cares, ask for Paul and Shane.

They were extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles, very professional, and had a large inventory. In addition, they were excellent at procuring me a car with the specific colors I wanted, which was the new all electric Vistiq. Quinn, the manager was excellent but My sales agent, Lola, really stood out. She was amazing, helping me through every detail of the process. It was obvious that she was intimately familiar with the car and was able to train me on all its features I would have been lost without her. In summary, I cannot recommend Lola and Jim Cadillac enough. I will definitely go back to them for my next Cadillac.

What an amazing service team!!! From the moment I walked in the door until I picked up my car they were AWESOME!!! I can’t even begin to say enough wonderful things about them!!! Already looking forward to seeing them again because I know they’ll take care of my Cadillac!!!!
