I called ahead and spoke with a salesman (Harrison) informing him that I was pre-approved and interested in only one vehicle in their inventory. I knew how much I wanted to put down. Highly recommend working with Ryker if you come here. I bought a car with him while he was at another Jim Coleman dealership. I wanted a very specific version, and he worked super hard to get it for me. There were delays in the car coming (out of his control) and he proactively made sure to keep me updated throughout. He’s not your typical car salesman in the best way possible. Very honest and straightforward. Would definitely buy from him again.

I really appreciate the way their sales process. Lola was very helpful and eager to make sure I was happy with the deal presented for my 2023 Cadillac XT5. I can truly say that Shane and Brendan have been outstanding. The car is a blast to drive (Lyriq) and while I wish it wasn't in the shop as much....I am very happy with Jim Coleman. In all honesty, I have had some issues with the service department...BUT when things have gone wrong or service has not been up to par - they have always gone out of their way to fix it.

Great experience considering I was in Florida and they were in Maryland. Adam was great, easy process. I would have given a four star but the Vehicle was covered in road salt and mud. You would think a $200k vehicle would have been detailed. And it was in a covered transport. But minor issue, overall it was pleasant experience. But let me add, this was not a desk killer. Adam was a total professional and the process was smooth. His customer service is top rated.
