We came around noon time as per appointment. It took around 3 hours to get the estimate. We were told that car will be ready around noon next day, including washing and vacuuming. However it was ready 4-5 pm, and not even vacuumed!

I scheduled an appointment for Saturday, March 15th, and received an email confirmation. When I arrived, I was informed that no Lyriq technicians work on Saturdays and no loaner was available, so i couldn't leave the car. Apparently, there was some warning or fine print stating this, which didn't make much sense since I received a confirmation. I was cool about it, and the front desk assured me I would receive a call on Monday and even confirmed my number. As of March 25th, I haven't received a call, so I ended up scheduling my appointment at a different dealership. I know that EVs still represent a very small portion of GM's business, so I'm not too harsh with the rating.

I admit that I was skeptical contacting Jim Coleman Cadillac. I knew this would be an internet and phone conducted business transaction. Once contacted however, my fears were alleviated. Jade the sales manager was very pleasant and the sales person (Arvin Go) that she referred me to was extremely pleasant and helpful in getting me a great deal. So much so, that I declined a deal I was in negotiations with at another dealership. He even went so far as to deliver my vehicle to me two hours away! I would say they have top notch staff and service!

My car was purchased in Tennessee and delivered to me in Maryland. I needed very little service for the first two months until an elderly man fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into my car. My insurance company actually requested that the car be taken to Jim Coleman's collision department for inspection and repair. The people at Jim Coleman were terrific and after a few conversations, it was decided that the car was totaled. They handled everything and made it very easy for me to decide another Cadillac was in my future. Just recently a light came on in the dash and I called to have Jim Coleman Service team check it out and perform my first service on the new 2025 car. They made a quick appointment for the next weekday and I brought it in. Just like the first time I had dealt with the people at Jim Coleman, the Service department people were a pleasure to deal with. The problem was fixed, had its first service and I was on my way back to pick it up the same day. The car was cleaner and sounded a lot better than when I had dropped it off that morning. Thank you so much to all of you at Jim Coleman. These days it's rare to have a five star experience with any organization. I truly appreciate the opportunity to tell other people how pleased I was with all of you.
