I recently had a very positive experience at Jim Coleman Cadillac that I'd like to share with everyone. I purchased my 2013 SRX from Coleman and I've had it serviced by them ever since. There have been no issues since the car was new. However, last week I noticed that my radiator fan would not turn off when the engine was off. I drove the car to their service department immediately. Even though service was closed for the day, I was able to get the problem resolved thanks to Max Zelenkov, the service manager, who was still in his office after hours. He looked at a number of possible causes and, within twenty minutes, he solved the problem! It was a bad relay switch in the area where fuses are stored. A replacement switch was found and I was on my way! Mr. Zelenkov would not accept my offer to pay. I could not be more grateful to Mr. Zelenkov and to Coleman Cadillac. (Bruce R., North Bethesda)
Purchased a vehicle as an out-of-state buyer and they made the process VERY smooth and efficient. We had an incredibly nice experience at Coleman and wanted to share . Our2016 Escalade Certified Used had paint chips on the wheels ,. We met with Kristen Ravarra ,a service writer . She listened to our issues with the wheels , the tires, an issue with the touch screen and she immediately checked on the warranty status regarding these issues. Kristen contacted Cadillac and YES , They would replace the wheels under warranty, NO Charge.!!!! She also had the mechanic look at the touchscreen and YES , Coleman Cadillac and Kristen replaced it, under warranty.. NO Charge!! We purchased new tires from Coleman for the new wheels and they look great. Our experience with Kristen was incredible and we want Coleman Cadillac to know she is a gem !!! I purchased a brand new Cadillac on May 16, 2020 and my entire experience was great! I originally scheduled an appointment to test drive a different Cadillac than the one I purchased but upon arriving there, my sales rep, Quinn, was extremely helpful in showing me a variety of Cadillac’s and making sense of the new line up. I found him to be super knowledgeable, especially for someone who hasn’t been there that long. He not once made me feel that he didn’t know what he was talking about. He was great. I also want to give a shout out to the general manager there, Roy, who was also extremely knowledgeable and devoted to making sure we were treated right. They also valued me as an US Army active duty soldier from the second I walked in and I highly recommend any other military member and their families to consider this dealership for their future car purchases.
We had our 2016 Escalade in several times due to the alarm going off for what we thought was no reason. I know this was very puzzling to the mechanics, but they finally figured out; it was a broken window sensor. They got the part in, fixed it under warranty and now all is good. During the times we had the SUV in for this issue, Jim Coleman's service department provided us with another brand new Cadillac for us to use and each time Jose, the service manager delivered it to us at our home. The whole service department went out of their way to fix an issue and cover it under warranty. I know most customers would get upset with getting a vehicle back and still have the issue, but the guys got it fixed. With that said, I highly recommend Jim Coleman Cadillac for both the sales and service of your Cadillac.
I purchased a loaner car and there were some very minor things that needed to be fixed on the car. Jose, the service manager, was very accomodating in getting me a loaner car and taking care of all that needed to be fixed in a timely manner!
A service code on my SRX suddenly popped up on the information panel while on travel from Virginia to New York. Lucky for me Jim Coleman Cadillac was convenient to get to. When I pulled into the service department, I was greeted right away and directed to a service advisor. Cesar Cuyun, one of the advisors couldn't have been more helpful. He was spot-on with taking care of the 4 wheel drive rear axle pump and got me back on the road as quick as anyone could have. Many thanks to Cesar and to Jim Coleman Cadillac.

I have bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime but my car buying experience at Jim Coleman Cadillac was one of The Best Ever! The customer service I received from my salespersons (Rebecca Mbombo and Glenn Price, who assisted Rebecca) was truly Outstanding!!! I purchased a 2016 Cadillac CT6 and a 2016 Cadillac Escalade within one week of each other and Rebecca and Glenn assisted me with my vehicle selection and demonstrating the features on the vehicle. I was excited to see Rebecca and Glenn's willingness to work together to make my car buying experience on the best ever. I was also impressed when I received a follow-up call from Rebecca to see how I was enjoying my new vehicles and to let me know that I could give her a call if there's anything I needed from the dealership. Manoj Melwani and Stewart Mallon sat down with me in the Finance Office and was able to work out the pricing on my trade-in and on the new vehicles to get me in the payment range I wanted. Not once did I fell like I was being pressured into accepting a car payment that I was not comfortable with. Manoj mentioned that he did not want me to go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle and that he wanted to earn my business. I'm glad he did!!! Overall, the customer service and professionalism shown by Rebecca, Glenn, Manoj, and Stewart was just totally Awesome! My local dealer didn't seem to want to help me find my new SRX and after a brief internet search I found my new SRX at Jim Coleman. A bit of a drive but so worth it to get what you want and to be treated well. In fact we started buying sight unseen. Scott P. handled the sale and answered all our questions. Stu explained my options to buy or lease and in the end I made the decision that was right for me, no high pressure tactics here. In and out quickly. This was my first experience at Jim Coleman, but it surely won't be my last.

Matt followed up on my wife's inquiry from the internet and was very helpful in showing us several new models. He explained the features of each and listened to and had suggestions for any questions we had. He was able to personalize the car buying experience unlike any sales representative I've dealt with to date. However, the service did not stop there. We were then moved to Finance with Stewart Mallon, who also exceeded our expectations. All in all I would certainly deal with Jim Coleman Cadillac again as the entire team made the process seamless and enjoyable.
