I had an outstanding car-buying experience thanks to Ryker Stokes, a Sales Consultant who I initially worked with at Jim Coleman Toyota and who continued supporting me even after his promotion to Jim Coleman Cadillac — coordinating seamlessly with a colleague at the Toyota location to make sure I was taken care of throughout. Over the course of May and June 2026, Ryker was patient, methodical, and genuinely invested in finding the right car for my needs rather than pushing a sale. He walked me through comparisons of multiple models and prepared me thoughtfully for each step of the process. There wasn't a single question he couldn't answer — either on the spot or by tracking down the answer. After several test drives, he went out of his way to find a rare used 2025 Toyota bZ4X with only 4,500 miles, even staying late to make it happen. He's pleasant, reliable, and clearly loves what he does — it shows. At no point did I feel pressured; I felt genuinely cared for by someone knowledgeable, organized, and honest. Paul and Shane at Jim Coleman deserve all 5 stars and more. We had an incredibly frustrating occasional clicking sound when reversing our EV. We brought the car in a couple times but the sound never happened at the shop. Shane, the service manager, was patient and professional the whole time. When we told him it happened most often in our driveway, Paul, one of their EV specialists, offered to stop by my house to hear it himself. That kind of service is unheard of. Paul ended up coming out twice. The first visit the clicking did not happen, but he did not close the case. He thought warmer weather might be triggering it since it happened more on hot days. He came back again, heard the clicking, took the vehicle in, made an adjustment, and the problem is now completely gone. We tried different heights, different speeds, different driving habits. Nothing worked until Paul figured it out. Most dealerships would have given up after not hearing the sound, but Paul and Shane stuck with it and treated it like their own car. Thanks to them we finally get to enjoy our car without that annoying click. This is the standard of service that keeps customers loyal to Jim Coleman. If you need someone who listens and truly cares, ask for Paul and Shane.

Had a fantastic experience with working with Brendan Coleman. Called him a couple months ago about getting a new Cadillac and he worked me right through the process of ordering a car. Step by step he let me know what was going on and being in the business i really appreciated that. I called ahead and spoke with a salesman (Harrison) informing him that I was pre-approved and interested in only one vehicle in their inventory. I knew how much I wanted to put down. I asked questions pertaining to the vehicle and who to make the check out to. I went to the dealership and met Harrison, who wasnt a pushy eager salesman but a very helpful person. While the vehicle needed a jump and some gas before my test drive, he took care of that. The finance team of course were helpful as well and Harrison didn’t try to push anything extra on to me or a different vehicle. I got the vehicle that I wanted, now it did take quite some time to leave because they were detailing the car for a long time. When they were done though, my vehicle looked like it was fresh off the assembly line. I had a great experience.
