The best I’ve experienced, the attendants that take your vehicle when you pull in (Romeo) the extremely professional service writer (Steven), the technician (Konan), the car loaner department attendant (Fernando) and the service manager (Shane) all treated my wife and I with courtesy and professionalism. My 3 year old Escalade having to have the motor replaced was a disaster for us but the people in the service department at Jim Coleman Cadillac made it easier. The service writer Steven called me regularly with updates good and bad without me having to call and ask, Konan the technician went out of his way to answer questions and explain what was going on with the vehicle, Shane the service manager’s door was always open for me to step in and ask questions or make requests. I am very disappointed with my vehicles reliability but the staff at Jim Coleman Cadillac’s service department helped us to endure a complete disaster with respect, professionalism and courtesy. Excellent service

My regular Cadillac dealer told me it would be three days before I could come in and get a tire rotation and oil change. My sister had purchased her car from Coleman so I thought I would give them a try even though they are further away from my house. I called Coleman and was told I could come in right away. The work was completed in about 45 minutes. Well I said in the waiting room I was able to enjoy a cappuccino from the machine. Coleman Cadillac will be my regular dealer from now on.
